Game Selection & Diversity
Slots
Elements Casino Chilliwack had a nice selection of slots. I would estimate 150-200 slot machines. The machines range are a mix of newer, asian themed machines generally to older style machines. The theme in late 2019 has been to install James Bond 007 machines, which have been popular. While I was at Elements, a couple had a monopoly on the 2 machines and didn’t leave. There are still plenty of other big name type of slots, such as Walking Dead and Buffalo Grand.
Bingo
Elements Casino Chilliwack lists having bingo, honestly i did not see it. I suspect that since I wasn’t really looking for it, it’s in a room at the back of the casino. That said, I can’t really speak to the quality or size of bingo.
Table Games
One of the big aspects to the remodel in 2019 is the addition of 6 gaming tables. Definitely a nice addition and most of the smaller casinos do not offer table games at all. The games they list are several variations of Blackjack, 4 card poker and Ultimate Texas Holdem.
The table games are not open all of the time. I can understand why as I could see them not being that busy during a weekday. The hours are on their website, basically most evenings and all day afternoon and evening on Friday to Sunday. I visited during a weekday afternoon so they weren’t open while I was there but I did see them and they looked spacious and fun.
Blackjack (video)
Elements Casino Chilliwack only has 1 video table game available, which seems to be a common theme in most of the smaller casinos. Video Blackjack, common in several casinos worldwide. Players are sit at one of 5 video terminals, all playing against the video dealer. The video dealer will prompt you with sayings such as “place your bets”, “insurance?”, “dealer has 18”, “want to play blackjack?” and more, to make the experience as real as you can playing against a screen.
A great option for people who want to try blackjack but are intimidated to play at a live table their first time, this is as close as it gets.
Food Options & Experience
There is 1 main restaurant which is The Well. They have these in other casinos as well. Overall the food is good, the menu is big, and the prices are reasonable. They offer a $5 breakfast every day until noon which is a great price and well worth it.
Staff Friendliness & Helpfulness
The staff were friendly. I had a question for the front door entry person, and he was more than friendly and helpful. There is also a person with a drink cart who was nice.
Comps Program
Elements Casino Chilliwack is part of the Encore Rewards program. It’s administered by the BC Lotto Commission, and basically is the rewards program all the BC Casinos use. The pro to this is your points carry from location to location, making it easier to rack up rewards if you do visit several casinos in BC (like the Canadian Casino Gambler team!)
It’s fairly easy to redeem any free play you have accumulated through playing on any of the slot machines, just enter your account pin on the touch screen and it will show you what you can convert to free play.
They also run several promotions through the year, such as free play on your birthday, free $10 when you initially sign up, entries into drawings, etc.
Cleanliness
No complaints on the overall cleanliness, the place is clean. The one thing I did notice though that is a negative check is the slots seating for a few reasons.
First, given the casino was recently remodeled, they didn’t replace some of the seating. Some of the slots seats are definitely old and beat up.
As well, some of the seats aren’t the right height for the slot. My knees were at the same level as the buttons on one machine. Wasn’t the most comfortable experience. This was only a handful of machines though, most machines did have newer nice sites.
Location
The property and building itself is nice. There’s lots of parking available as well. The one downside is while the casino is just off the freeway, there’s no actual exit at the road it’s located at. So you’d have to get off at an exit before and weave your way to the casino. Still, it’s not too far.
The other downfall is that while Chilliwack is already fairly far out in terms of Vancouver, the casino is located on the far east side of town. So what is a long drive is a little extra long.

Conclusion
Elements Casino Chilliwack is overall pretty nice, offers a full slate of slots, bingo, table games, entertainment and a nice restaurant. It is on the further east side of Chilliwack, so it’s not really a quick drive from the Vancouver area per se is one big downfall. If you find yourself passing through Chilliwack though I highly recommend it.
